Two Chapters,
One Mission

My professional journey reads like two unique chapters, but they were rooted in the same mission: helping people and organizations grow in sustainable, meaningful ways.

Chapter 1

The Foundation - Psychology & Organizational Psychology

I started my career diving deep into what makes people tick. With a PhD in Counseling and Clinical Supervision, I spent years studying human motivation, group dynamics, supervision, and psychology—not just in theory, but in practice.

I held multiple leadership roles in the mental health and education space. I also was a counselor, taught graduate courses, and supervised other counselors, becoming an expert in evidence-based approaches to human development and supervision. I led crisis response teams, built mental health programs from the ground up, and published research on the wellness constructs that drive engagement: meaning, purpose, and connection.

I loved my work, but I wasn't content staying in one world. It was clear to me how much these insights were needed in the business world, where leaders struggle with the same fundamental challenges around human motivation, growth, and development—just in a different context.

Chapter 2

The Building- From the Ground Up

Ten years ago, I made the leap into the software industry, joining a startup as employee number five. I understand taking big risks to live out possibilities. What followed was a masterclass in every aspect of business growth you can imagine.

I was able to take the depth of my prior experiences and build a business alongside our CEO. Sales systems. Operations frameworks. Global expansion strategies. People Operations from scratch. I helped successfully navigate funding rounds and complex international acquisitions. We grew our company from five passionate people in one room to a successful company of 700+ employees across multiple countries.

Along the way, I wore many hats: customer success leader, operations executive, people officer. But in every role, I brought a consistent difference to the table—that deep understanding of human behavior, psychology, and development that most corporate environments are missing.

Where Psychology Meets Performance

Here's what I learned: The companies that scale successfully aren't just the ones with the best technology or the smartest revenue strategies. They're the ones with leaders who understand how to support and develop people, how to create psychological safety, and how to align people science with organizational goals.

I saw firsthand how my background in psychology could transform leadership effectiveness. When you understand what truly motivates people, how they learn and grow, and how to create environments where they thrive, everything else becomes possible.

That's why I’ve launched this practice—to bring together these two worlds that have shaped me and the professional environments around me. My passion is to help leaders and organizations grow in ways that are both human-centered and practically effective.
